Breaking Ground; Ttag-Ashba Cuts Sod For Its Secretariat Construction – Gh Edu Pro
On Saturday, March 8, 2025, the leadership of TTAG-ASHBA, led by H.E. Mary Boatemaa, joined Rev. Vera Baffour Awuah, Chaplain of Wesley College of Education, for the sod-cutting ceremony of the Association’s secretariat project. This milestone event marked the beginning of a vital mission to establish a dedicated office space for the association’s operations at Ejisu Abankro (GNAT Village).
The ceremony commenced with prayer sessions led by Rev. Vera Baffour Awuah, who entrusted the project and its resources to God’s guidance. She urged the leadership to utilize resources efficiently to ensure the project’s progress.
In her address, H.E. Mary Boatemaa, the President of TTAG-ASHBA (Teacher trainees Association of Ghana, Ashanti,Bono and Ahafo) acknowledged the efforts of previous administrations, particularly Hon. Isaiah’s leadership, in acquiring the land and envisioning a secretariat for the Association. She expressed gratitude to the sector patron and officers for their tireless efforts in clearing the land and procuring materials for the foundation.
The President emphasized the significance of this project, stating that it paves the way for a brighter future and transformed spaces for TTAG-ASHBA. She concluded by appealing to members to support the project, saying, “Together, we can make this dream a reality.”
H.E. Mary Boatemaa thanked all contributors to the project and urged continued support, saying, “Now is not the time to rest, but to help realize the vision of TTAG-ASHBA.
