Projected End Date for Macro Teaching Activities for Final-Year Trainees – Gh Edu Pro

 According to the academic calendar released by the Principals of Colleges of Education (PRINCOF), final-year teacher trainees officially started their macro teaching on 15th November 2024.

Macro teaching is an important part of teacher training, as it allows trainees to practice their teaching skills in real classroom settings. This internship period is set to last for 12 weeks.

Breakdown of the 12 Weeks

The first part of the macro teaching took place from 15th November to 19th December 2024, covering five weeks. After this, trainees went on a break for the Christmas and New Year holidays.

The remaining seven weeks of the internship resumed in January 2025 and are expected to run until 25th February or first week of march  2025.

Expected End Date of Macro Teaching

When you do the full calculation, the 12 weeks of macro teaching will officially end on 25th February 2025.

 However, the exact date for ending the internship will be confirmed by the respective colleges of the trainees. 

Kindly take note that, this is not official, but the calculated 12-weeks  macro teaching period…
