The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced that detailed operational guidelines for the new registration process will soon be available for all prospective national service personnel.
As part of the new reforms, the NSA has created a new and improved digital platform to make registration easier, faster, and more transparent. To help graduates navigate the new system, the Authority will release a step-by-step guide explaining every part of the online registration process.

According to the NSA, these guidelines will be published on the new official website — https://gnsa.gov.gh/ — beginning October 7, 2025, which is the official registration launch date.
The guide will include detailed instructions on:
- How to access and log in to the new portal
- How to complete and verify registration details
- Payment and verification procedures
- How to check your posting after registration
This move is part of the Authority’s effort to make the entire national service registration process transparent, secure, and user-friendly for all graduates.
All prospective service personnel are encouraged to visit the website regularly for updates and follow the provided instructions carefully to avoid mistakes during registration.
