How to Check Your Name

You can also check your admission status online by visiting the College of Education Admission Portal through: Follow these steps carefully to confirm your name

    1. Visit the official admission portal: https://admissionsghana.com
    2. Select “Colleges of Education” from the options.
    3. Select 2025 as your admission year.
    4. Choose Berekum College of Education,  from the drop-down list.
    5. Click on “Check.”
    6. Enter your Application Number (AppNo) exactly as it appears on your application form.
    7. Click the “Search” button to view your admission status.

Once confirmed, make sure to print your admission letter and follow the instructions provided for acceptance and payment.

Some successful applicants may also receive SMS notifications from the college, so keep your phone close and active.

Reporting and Registration Date

According to the admission notice, all newly admitted students are expected to report to campus in November 2025 to begin the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.

Upon reporting, new students will go through:

  • Document verification (WASSCE results, birth certificate, etc.)
  • Payment of admission and tuition fees
