How to Access Your Portal on a New Phone Or Forgotten Password – Gh Edu Pro

Have you changed your phone or forgotten password? follow the following steps keenly  to get access to your portal. 

1. Open the Settings app on your phone.

2. Navigate to Accounts or Users & Accounts (this may vary based on your device).

3. Tap on Add Account.

4. Select Google from the list of options.

5. Enter your email address in the format:

[reference number]@st.uew.edu.gh

(Example: 111112@st.uew.edu.gh)

6. Enter your personal password.

7. Tap Enter or Next.

8. Review and accept the Google Terms and Conditions.

 Take Note:

If you see a message saying “Incorrect password,” follow these steps:

1. Tap Forgot Password.

2. Re-enter your email address ([reference number]@st.uew.edu.gh).

3. A password reset link will be sent to the Gmail account you created.

4. Open your Gmail app on your phone 

5. Check your inbox for the reset link.

If you don’t see it in your inbox, tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner of the Gmail app and select All inboxes. Look for an OSSIP Notification email.

6. Follow the link in the email to change your password.

7. Return to the app and enter your new password.

Once completed, you should be able to access your portal seamlessly.
