NSA Releases PIN Codes for 14,349 Trained Teachers for 2026/2027 National Service

The National Service Authority (NSA) has officially released PIN codes for 14,349 trained teachers to begin their registration for the 2026/2027 National Service Year.
This announcement was made on 9th March 2026 by the management of the National Service Authority.
Colleges That Submitted Their Lists
According to the NSA, there are 49 accredited Colleges of Education in Ghana. However, only 36 colleges submitted their class lists to the Authority. Because of this, PIN codes were generated only for graduates from those 36 colleges.
Graduates from colleges that have not yet submitted their lists may have to wait until their institutions complete the submission process.
How Trained Teachers Can Access Their PIN Codes
All eligible trained teachers are required to visit the NSA official website to access their PIN codes.
Applicants should:
- Visit the NSA website.
- Click on the Portal section.
- Enter their Student ID number.
- Enter their Date of Birth.
After entering these details, they will be able to retrieve their PIN codes and continue with the registration process.
Registration Fee
Prospective national service personnel must pay a registration fee of GH¢82.00.
The payment should be made through Mobile Money across all networks before gaining access to the enrolment platform.
Registration Period
The online registration started on 9th March 2026 and will end on 20th March 2026.
The NSA is encouraging all qualified graduates to complete their registration before the deadline to avoid any problems.
National Service Requirement
The National Service Authority also reminded the public that under the National Service Authority Act, 2024 (Act 1119), every Ghanaian who is 18 years or older and graduates from an accredited tertiary institution must undertake national service.
This includes graduates from universities and Colleges of Education.
Final Advice to Graduates
Graduates are advised to check their details carefully when registering to avoid mistakes such as incorrect names, dates of birth, or student ID numbers.
Completing the registration early will also help avoid last-minute challenges on the system.
