PRINCOF Announces Easter Break for colleges of education

PRINCOF Announces Easter Break for colleges of education The National Conference of Principals of Colleges of Education (PRINCOF) has officially announced the Easter holiday break for all teacher trainees in Ghana.
According to the statement, all Colleges of Education will close for the Easter holidays on Thursday, 2nd April 2026 after 12:00 pm. This means that teacher trainees and staff can begin their break from midday on that day.

The colleges are expected to resume academic activities on Tuesday, 7th April 2026. Students are therefore advised to return on time so that lessons can continue smoothly.

PRINCOF has also asked all principals to inform both staff and students about the break and make proper arrangements to ensure a peaceful holiday and a safe return to campus.

This break gives teacher trainees time to rest, celebrate Easter with family and friends, and prepare for the next academic activities.
Students are encouraged to use the break wisely and stay safe.
Happy Easter to all teacher trainees!
