St. Louis College of Education Announces Reopening Date and Fees for Continuing Students (2025/2026)

The management of St. Louis College of Education, Kumasi, has officially announced the reopening date and fees structure for all continuing students for the 2025/2026 academic year (First Semester).
This notice is to inform all teacher trainees in Levels 100, 200, 300, and 400 about the reporting dates, academic activities, and important payment guidelines for the upcoming semester.
Official Reopening Dates
- Levels 100, 200 & 300 trainees will officially reopen on Tuesday, 11th November 2025 for the first semester.
- Level 400 trainees are to report to campus on Sunday, 2nd November 2025 for an orientation towards Macro Teaching.
- They will then report to their schools of attachment on Friday, 7th November 2025 to begin their Macro Teaching for the semester.
Academic work for all students will start on Wednesday, 12th November 2025.
Arrival and Registration Procedures
Upon arrival on campus, Levels 200, 300, and 400 students are required to:
- Visit the Accounts Office with their bank payment receipt (for those who owe or have paid fees).
- Obtain an official college receipt.
- Proceed to their assigned Hall of Residence for accommodation.
- Complete their course registration at the Assessment Office after all necessary payments.
Students are advised to settle their financial obligations early to avoid delays in registration and access to hostels.

Important Payment Information
- Levels 200 and 300 students are to pay GHC 3,906.60 through the GCB Eagle-Pay-Form, and an additional GHC 200 into the SRC Account at Amanano Rural Bank.
- Level 400 students must pay GHC 2,213.65 through GCB Eagle-Pay-Form.
- Please note that this amount does not include the Graduation Fee, which will be paid later.
- An Examination Fee of GHC 1,000 is also required from all levels and must be paid through Transflow to the University of Education, Winneba (UEW).

Important Reminders for All Students
- Students must pay all arrears and at least 70% of their total fees for the academic year before registration.
- No student will be allowed access to the Hall of Residence without paying at least 70% of their total fees.
- All payments should be done through the official banking channels as directed by the college to avoid any issues.
