Tamale College of Education Releases 2025/2026 Fees for Continuing Students

Tamale College of Education has officially released the provisional school fees for all continuing students for the 2025/2026 academic year. The notice, signed by the Principal, Prof. Alhaji Sulemana Iddrisu, was dated October 24, 2025.

According to the notice, the approved fees for the academic year are as follows:

  1. Levels 200 & 300 students will pay GHC 2,172.60.
  2. Level 400 students will pay GHC 1,531.65.

The college also explained that the feeding fees are part of the students’ allowance and will be paid by the Government directly to the Colleges of Education.

Other Important Fees

In addition to the main school fees, students are to take note of the following:

  • Exam Fees: Charged by the affiliate university, costing GHC 1,060.00 per year.
  • Residential Fees: For students staying in the college hostel, the amount is GHC 800.00 for the academic year.
  • Digital Resources Fee: Still under discussion and will be confirmed in the second semester.
  • TTAG Project Levy: Each student will pay GHC 30.00 for the year.

The college assured students that these are provisional fees, which means slight adjustments may occur if new decisions are made by the government or affiliated bodies.

Students are encouraged to take note of these fees and make proper arrangements ahead of reopening.
