National Service Authority Gives Update on September 2025 Allowance Payment
The National Service Authority (NSA) has released an important update about the payment of September 2025 allowances for National Service Personnel.
According to the notice signed by Donkor Fuseini, Deputy Director-General for Finance and Administration, the NSA acknowledged receiving “many calls, messages, and comments from personnel across the country concerning the delay in the payment of their September 2025 allowance.”
The Authority explained that all the necessary documentation and submissions have already been completed. These are currently with the Office of the Accountant-General for final approval and release of funds.
In the statement, the NSA expressed appreciation to personnel for their patience, saying: “We appreciate your patience and understanding as the processes are actively ongoing.”
The notice further assured all service personnel that payment will be made as soon as the approval process is completed. “The Authority assures all personnel that payment will be effected as soon as the approval process is completed, and we remain committed to ensuring timely disbursements moving forward.”
The NSA also encouraged all personnel to stay calm while they work with relevant agencies to resolve the issue. “We value your service to the nation and encourage all personnel to remain calm as we work closely with the relevant stakeholders to resolve this matter promptly.”
This update gives hope to National Service Personnel waiting for their September allowance, as the process has reached its final stage of approval. The NSA remains committed to ensuring smooth and timely payments in the coming months.
