What to Bring Along When Reporting
If you are among the admitted students, make sure to prepare the following items before arriving on campus:
- Admission Letter – Print a copy of your admission letter from the official admission portal.
- Admission Fee Payment Slip – Proof of payment of your admission or acceptance fee.
- Original and Photocopies of Certificates/Results – Such as your WASSCE or other relevant documents.
- Birth Certificate or National ID – For identity verification.
- Passport-size Photographs – At least four (4) recent photos.
- Personal Items – Clothes, bedsheets, bucket, pillow, and other essentials for your hostel stay.
It’s always better to prepare early to avoid last-minute stress when reporting.
How to Check Your Admission Status
- Visit the official admission portal: https://admissionsghana.com
- Select “Colleges of Education” from the options.
- Select 2025 as your admission year.
- Choose St. Vincent College of Education from the drop-down list.
- Click on “Check.”
- Enter your Application Number (AppNo) exactly as it appears on your application form.
- Click the “Search” button to view your admission status.
Within a few seconds, your admission details will appear on the screen if you have been offered admission if no details appears that means no admission for you yet.
