Level 500 students of St. John Bosco’s College of Education, Navrongo, have been asked to return to campus for the second time since completing their programme in 2025.
The students are returning to campus as the college prepares to complete important processes relating to their transcripts and certificates.
This is the second time the former Level 500 students have been called back to school. The first return was connected to the resit examinations.
Students Asked to Prepare for Campus
According to information from the Assessment Officer, students should be prepared to come to campus while they wait for the release of their resit or supplementary results.
The college explained that the results will be uploaded to students’ portals after the ongoing strike action by non-teaching staff of the universities is called off.
The notice to students stated:
“Please kindly be informed that the Resit/Supplementary results will be uploaded into your portal as soon as the strike action by the non-teaching staff of the universities is called off.”
Students have therefore been advised to make the necessary preparations to return to campus.
Biodata Compilation for Transcripts and Certificates
One of the main activities students will undertake is the compilation of their biodata for the preparation of their transcripts and certificates.
The college stressed that students must be physically present to complete this process.
The notice said:
“Everyone must be physically present to complete this process.”
This means students should not assume that the process can be completed online or by someone on their behalf.
Students Can Correct Courses on Their Transcript
Students will also have the opportunity to check their academic records and make necessary corrections.
According to the college, students may add or delete courses from their transcript where necessary.
The notice stated:
“Add or delete courses from your transcript, where necessary.”
Students are therefore encouraged to carefully check their academic information and make sure that the correct courses are reflected before their transcripts and certificates are finalized.
Students Should Take the Notice Seriously
The return to campus is important because the processes involved are directly connected to students’ final academic documents.
Students who completed their programme in 2025 should therefore pay attention to further information from the college and make the necessary arrangements to be available on campus.
The college concluded its notice by saying:
“Please take note and make the necessary preparations. Thank you.”
Final Reminder
St. John Bosco’s College of Education Level 500 students who completed their programme in 2025 should prepare to return to campus for the biodata compilation and transcript-related processes.
Students are also encouraged to continue checking their portals and official communication channels for updates concerning the Resit/Supplementary results and other arrangements.
