On September 1, 2025, Professor Peter Agbedemnab officially assumed office, taking over from Mr. Bukari Babia Abdulai, who had served in an acting role for the past eight months. The Ministry of Health wishes to inform the general public and all stakeholders that, effective the 2025/2026 academic year, school fees for Nursing and Allied Health Training students have been reduced by 50%.
