How to Deactivate Airtime Looting Subscriptions on MTN, AirtelTigo, and Telecel
Have you ever wondered why your airtime keeps disappearing even when you haven’t made calls or used data? If so, you might be a victim of what many call airtime looting subscriptions.
What Are Airtime Looting Subscriptions?
Airtime looting subscriptions usually refer to unauthorized subscriptions that deduct airtime or data from your account without your knowledge or consent. These services can sneak into your account through accidental clicks on pop-up ads, hidden prompts in apps, or unknown messages.
For instance, you might find that your airtime balance is mysteriously decreasing even though you’re not using any service. This could be due to a rogue subscription service silently looting your airtime in the background.
It’s important to regularly check and manage your mobile subscriptions to avoid being charged for services you never signed up for.
