Three Tutors in the Race for Best College of Education Tutor Award at 2024 Ghana Teacher Prize – Gh Edu Pro
Three outstanding tutors are competing for the prestigious Best College of Education Tutor Award at the 2024 Ghana Teacher Prize.

The finalists come from three notable institutions: Gambaga College of Education, Offinso College of Education, and Presbyterian College of Education, Akropong.
The nominees are:
- Mr. Salifu Yakubu from Gambaga College of Education
- Dr. William Kwabena Nantwi from Offinso College of Education
- Mr. Joseph Ohene Sefah from Presbyterian College of Education, Akropong
The top prize for the winner is a brand new 4X4 Mitsubishi Pick-Up vehicle. The first runner-up will receive GHC100,000, while the second runner-up will take home GHC50,000.
This award, initiated by the Honourable Minister for Education and supported by Transforming Teaching, Education, and Learning (T-TEL), celebrates the hard work and dedication of tutors in the 46 public Colleges of Education.
These tutors play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of teachers for Ghana’s basic schools.
