1. Youth in Agriculture
Through the Youth in Agriculture initiative, graduates will receive hands-on training in modern agricultural practices. This programme also includes potential start-up funding opportunities through partnerships with organizations such as Agrimpact Limited. The goal is to empower young people to view agriculture as a viable and profitable career path.
2. Community Improvement Programmes (CIP)
The Community Improvement Programmes offer a new deployment module centered on community development. Service personnel will work on projects related to public health, literacy, sanitation, and voter education. This initiative allows graduates to make a direct and positive impact on local communities while gaining valuable real-world experience.
3. Private Sector Partnerships
The NSA is also building strong partnerships with private sector companies to create more employment opportunities for graduates. Through collaborations with both local and international organizations, service personnel can access internships, mentorships, and career pathways that align with their professional goals.
