Try the following steps.
Step 1. Payment: Pay GHC300.00 to the Colleges of Education – Ghana Account. This can be done at any branch of the following banks across the country:
– Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited
– You can also use your mobile money wallet (Airteltigo Cash, Telecel Cash, Money, or MTN Mobile Money) by dialing *924*8# from any network.
2. After Payment: You will receive:
– A PIN
– A Serial Number for your application
– The application website address: [https://admission.coeportal.edu.gh]
3. Application:
– Use the PIN to access the website and fill out the online application form.
– Follow the instructions carefully.
– Choose three Colleges you want to apply to for your program.
– Select a Ghanaian language you wish to study.
4. Important Note:
– Read and understand all instructions before filling out the application form.
– Incorrectly filled forms will not be accepted.
– Choose your favorite college as your first choice, this is because 99.99% of the colleges admit only first choices.
5. Submission:
– After completing the online application, print a copy and send it with one passport photo and your results slip(s) (if available) in an EMS priority envelope. These envelopes are available at any Ghana Post branch.
– Address the envelope to the Principal of the first College you chose.
6. Confirmation:
– You will receive a text message confirming receipt of your application. Ensure you provide a valid and working cell phone number in the application form.
– You will also receive a text message regarding your admission status. If you do not receive this message, your application was unsuccessful.
7. Verification:
– The Colleges will verify your results with the West African Examinations Council as part of the admission process.
– Using fake or false documents will result in legal action.
