“No Fees Stress” Policy Launched – Good News for Teacher and Nursing Trainees!
President John Dramani Mahama has given a message of hope to many tertiary students across the country.
Speaking at SDA College of Education, Asokore, during the launch of the “No Fees Stress” policy, he assured students that steps are being taken to ensure they receive their allowances on time.
“We are working on your allowance, and soon you will receive alerts on your phones,” he said.
He further explained that the Controller and Accountant-General’s Department is actively working to ensure that Teacher trainees and nursing trainees also receive their allowances monthly without delays.
This announcement has brought relief and joy to many students and workers who have been facing financial challenges due to delayed payments.
The No Fees Stress policy is part of a bigger plan to reduce the burden on students in colleges of education and nursing training institutions, allowing them to focus on their studies without financial stress.
